The Customer service is under the surface, if a restaurant cancelled your order or the restaurant is closed no one will contact you directly, you ll be waiting for more than 30 mins at least to know the story. And also once you order something and it took longer time than expected Cuz its not approved by the restaurant, you cant cancel the order and change it directly to another restaurant, till this super Customer service approves and this process could take even one hour, which is time wasting

I don't use it that often but I think it's a wonderful, useful app. Easy to use, the services are very accurate and great, the display of the app is so modern and lovely; but the only frustrating thing about it is that you are not allowed to edit your personal information such as changing phone number or email, changing account's name, or even adding a picture. So please try to work on this issue in the upcoming updates, and wish you all the best 🧡

it's a nice app but there is this very frustrating thing where if the restaurant doesn't support presto anymore it won't tell you right away after you order and wait it notifies you that it's been canceled !! also some places like rodeo have onion rings but it's not in the menu so if you add that as a note that you want onion rings they won't consider it !!! so why is there notes ? bottom line is the menus need to be more specific and to have more options ..
